For whom is the Forklift course intended?

The forklift course is specially designed for professionals and beginners who regularly transport goods with a forklift for their work and who do not yet possess this certificate.

Day programme Forklift course

The Forklift course lasts only one day, from 7:00 to 15:00. The day is divided into a theory and a practical part. In the morning we start with the theory. You learn everything about safety and legislation, so that you can work safely in practice.

You conclude the theory morning with a theory exam. This exam consists of 25 multiple-choice questions. In the afternoon the focus is on practice. During the practical part you carry out various exercises and at the end of the afternoon we test these skills in the practical exam.

What can you do after this one-day Forklift course?

During the one-day Forklift course the instructors teach you all kinds of things. After the course you will have mastered the following:

Operate the forklift safely and in a controlled manner.
Competent to operate a forklift in accordance with the Working Conditions Act.

The Forklift certificate

Have you followed the Forklift course and successfully passed the exams? Then you will receive the certificate ‘Safe Working with the Forklift’ (or ‘Forklift Safety Certificate’ if you make use of the SOOB subsidy). This certificate is valid for five years.

Did you take part in the Forklift exam for your Code 95 hours? And did you pass the exam? Then we will arrange the registration of your hours. The Forklift course for Code 95 counts for 7 refresher hours.
